How long will it take for my order to be shipped out?

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 working days - excluding weekends and public holidays. 

West Malaysia:

East Malaysia:

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Yes we do - in form of store credit. You may submit a request 3 days after receiving your package. Please email us the details with your order number as the subject. You will need to ship back the item(s) to our address and bear the shipping fees. Kindly ensure that you send it to us the way you received it - with each clothing item in their respective Baha pouches.

Your store credit will only be processed after we receive the package. Once approved, we will send a confirmation email with a discount code for you to use on your next purchase. The discount code will be equivalent to the amount you initially spent (minus shipping fees).
